My first grant proposal was funded!

I am super happy with the news that the first entire grant proposal that I wrote was granted! Since I am still a PhD candidate, I wrote this grant in my advisor's name, who highly supported me, and its main goal was to make our second edition of NUPEM Genomic week (which was a huge success last year!). I was particularly happy with the great feedback from reviewers, that placed our proposal as the second best from Brazil.

I am looking forward to our event, and the next grants proposals that I'll do over the next years, science is amazing!
