Having fun during nanopore sequencing

Last couple of weeks I have been working on the sequencing of two arthropods, and the results seems very promising! We are trying to get higher coverage and larger reads of those genomes, but my N50 is not as higher as I expected (~3 kb). Still, I am happy with the sequencing efficiency and the output generated. Hope to get useful information from this experiments!
